How will my order be delivered?

All orders are carefully packed at our logistics partner ShopWeDo. Depending on your destination, the supplier will be chosen.

When your package is scanned by the chosen supplier, you will receive a "track & trace" in your mailbox.

If you were not at home at the time of delivery, you will be notified. If the package is not picked up, it will return to our WallHaus warehouse. Resending the package will be at your expense. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, it will be returned at your expense.

 

What is the delivery time of my wallpaper?

All WallHaus orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day.  Depending on your destination, the delivery time will be calculated and you will receive a track and trace code in your mailbox.

Samples are shipped every business day if your order was placed before 4pm.
